Shipping costs for domestic and international orders are calculated at checkout. Package prices are determined by order weight. International orders are automatically calculated based on the carrier selected at checkout.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Domestic Shipping:

Economic (7-15 Business Days): Calculated at Checkout 

Standard (5-8 Business Days): Calculated at Checkout 

Express or Priority (3 Business Days): Calculated at Checkout 


International Shipping:

International Standard (2-4 weeks) Calculated at Checkout

International Express (1-2 weeks) Calculated at Checkout

Local Delivery

Local Delivery (2-4 Days): Calculated at Checkout

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are Processed within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. 

Non Handmade Craft Supplies ship next business day. 

Custom Orders processing time is 4-7 business days. 

Shipping times for products may vary depending on the item(s) status (pre-made, made-to-order, in stock, etc). Please allow up to 7 business days for order shipment. If your order has not shipped after 7 business days, you are welcome to contact us via the form on our website. We will respond as quickly as possible.

Once the package has been handed off to the shipping service, we have no control over how quickly the item arrives. If the item has not arrived within 20 days (domestic) or 40 days (international) and the tracking hasn't updated in 20 days, you are welcome to contact us via the form on our website. We will respond as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATIONS:

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us info@artbysuleny.store

We offer two hours windows to cancellation. Please contact us if you need to cancel a order. 

RETURNS:

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. Item bust be returned unused and in original condition. Some Items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit Refund Policy

 

DELAYED ORDERS:

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please fists contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Art by Suleny Craft Store LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For orders outside of the United States, please note that we are not responsible for the payment of any additional customs fees or other tax fees. Shipments outside of the U.S. may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fees may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Any fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by you, the end customer. We also will not alter the price listed or any other information on the customs form to assist with customs fees.
